Where can I buy tickets? Can I buy tickets for an upcoming show in-person?
Tickets can be purchased online through www.ticketfly.com up to an hour before doors. After that, you can pay the cover at Will Call. Tickets can only be purchased in-person after Doors on day of show. It’s cash only.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes. You can call Ticketfly at 877.435.9849 or email customersupport@ticketfly.com. Request must be made no later than 1 hour before doors.

Cash only? Do you have an ATM?
Yes cash only, we have a ATM located by the will call booth.

What form of ID is required?
A drivers license or state issued ID, passport, military ID, or merchant marine ID. These cannot be expired or punched through. They must be valid in all ways!

MY ID Expired and I have a Temporary Paper One is That Valid?
You must bring the official paper temporary ID as well as your expired ID. If you lost your ID and only have a temporary paper one, you will not be admitted past 8PM. If you are bringing a temporary paper ID and your expired ID, the paper one must have the correct dates and the photo must be identifiable.

Can I get a refund?
All sales are non-refundable unless a show has been canceled or re-scheduled.

Is there seating?
There is limited seating for shows and special events. All seating is on a first come first serve basis. If you need ADA seating please contact us and we will be sure to accommodate your request info@clockoutlounge.com

What is the Age limit?
We are all-ages until 8pm 7 days a week.

Camera Policy?
Camera policy varies depending on the artist or event.
All professional cameras need to be approved in advance by the band/venue. Send your inquiries to info@clockoutlounge.com

Is there food?
Yes we serve delicious pizza until close. Check out the full menu here.

Can I reserve a table?
Typically the answer is yes on non-show/event nights. When in doubt contact us info@clockoutlounge.com

How can I book a private event?

I left my card at the bar what do I do?
Come in during our business hours and will see if we have your card. We can only release cards to cardholders. Please present a valid Id.

Do you have a lost and found?
Yes, we do. Please visit us during business hours and we will look for you.

Is there parking?
